Sign him on, knows where the net is at this level, then again I'd say sign him on to any possible striker we are linked with

Seems like Akinde was target no.1. but Brizzle City didn't want to let him go as need him as cover.

No Gillespie either. Seems Yates is confident enough of getting someone in, but he's biding his time on getting in the better player rather than panicking and brining in anyone

We will have a different looking strikeforce this weekend, we will have three not good enough strikers in the squad rather than four, these are very worrying times for us.

Recruitment will be just as hard in the summer regardless of what league we are in.

same old, same old.  It's the same problem Downing had.  Bringing in/finding a decent striker is a very hard task!
The reason MA WAS thought of highly is that he's unearthed these sort of players before.  Here he couldn't do it, hopefully MA can find someone half decent to join....

Not really. Yates has to attract players to come and play for a club near the bottom of League 2 from higher division clubs. Very hard at this stage of the season.

KD had a L1 side and got turned down by players in L2. Two different situations.

From the signings Yates has made so far, I am confident he can get  a good player in.

But its more attractive to join a strong L2 side aiming for promotion than a struggling L1 side, Richards started off the season good but has gone downhill, he's still our top scorer mind.
